Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £50 per cottage must be paid before booking is guaranteed. Full payment is required if booking is made within four weeks of date of arrival. Booking and deposit will be lost if full payment is not made on time.

No reservation will be guaranteed without a deposit.  

The cancellation of a booking will result in the loss of any deposits. Kingsmills Cottages strongly recommends that clients should have their own Holiday Insurance policy.

Kingsmills Cottages do not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage, vehicle or any other item belonging to the guest or their party.

The total number in the party should not exceed the maximum number booked/stated for any particular cottage.

The management should be allowed access to the cottages at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy.

Guests should keep the cottage and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in the cottage in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday, and should leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.

The management of Kingsmills Cottages reserves the right to terminate the rental without notice and without refund for breach of this contract.
